How to raise a concern
Concerns can be raised by email or WhatsApp/message. Safeguarding concerns can be raised through the same contact routes and escalated promptly where needed.
Review
Al-Itqan acknowledges concerns, keeps appropriate records, reviews matters fairly, and escalates safeguarding or serious matters promptly.
Improvement
Feedback is used to improve online learning, guidance, communication, accessibility, safeguarding, and donation processes.
