Refund / Cancellation Policy

How cancellations, missed classes, guidance bookings, course payments, and donations are handled.

Keeping policies current Al-Itqan keeps its policies, safeguarding approach, and online service arrangements under review as services develop.

Classes and courses

Course and monthly class payments are separate from donations. You may cancel future monthly classes at any time. If cancellation is requested after a monthly renewal/payment has already been taken, the current paid month will continue and no refund is normally issued for that month, but future renewals will be stopped. Missed classes and rescheduling are handled case by case while services grow. If Al-Itqan or a teacher cancels, the class is normally rescheduled or credited; late student cancellation or non-attendance may still count except in exceptional circumstances.

Counselling and family guidance

Guidance sessions are 50 minutes. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the session can normally be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellations under 24 hours are usually not refunded except in exceptional circumstances. If Al-Itqan cancels, the session is rescheduled or refunded.

Donations

Donations are generally treated as charitable gifts. If a donation is made in error, the donor should contact Al-Itqan promptly so the request can be reviewed.
