Terms of Use
Terms for using the website, registering interest, joining online classes, booking guidance, and supporting Al-Itqan.
Online services
Classes are delivered online through private class links shared after confirmation. Counselling and family guidance sessions are delivered through a private Al-Itqan counselling room after booking confirmation.
Admissions and access
Registering interest does not guarantee a place. Enrolment, teacher allocation, timetable, access, and payment arrangements are confirmed by Al-Itqan.
Class quality and feedback
Classes are supervised by Al-Itqan's senior Islamic education lead to support quality, safeguarding, and consistency. Teacher feedback is reviewed by Al-Itqan before it is shared with students or parents.
Conduct
Students, parents, teachers, and visitors are expected to use respectful language, follow safeguarding expectations, attend punctually, and use Al-Itqan communication routes.
Approved communication channels
To help protect learners, families and teachers, communication about classes, progress, concerns, timetable changes or advice should take place through Al-Itqan's approved channels. Parents, learners and teachers should not arrange private direct contact outside the institute's agreed communication process. Changes
Al-Itqan may update services, pricing, policies, schedules, and access arrangements where required, with appropriate communication to affected users.
