Al-Itqan may collect names, contact details, learner age band, parent or guardian details for under-18 learners, programme interest, class records, booking requests, donation records, Gift Aid declarations, and relevant communication history.
Children and families
Under-18 learners require parent or guardian details. Children are not contacted through private unsupervised routes outside Al-Itqan channels.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, manage admissions, deliver online learning, arrange counselling or family guidance, process donations, keep records, and maintain safeguarding and service quality.
Providers
Trusted providers may be used for email, secure payments, private class links, optional resource links, private counselling rooms, form protection, hosting, and record storage.
