Online Safety Policy
Online safety expectations for students, parents, teachers, private class links, counselling rooms, and digital materials.
Controlled class access
Class access is shared only with assigned learners and teachers. Private class and optional resource links are not posted publicly.
Approved communication
Learners, parents and teachers should use Al-Itqan-approved communication routes for class matters. Private direct contact outside those routes is discouraged so safeguarding, support and record-keeping stay clear.
Attendance and session expectations
Students are expected to attend punctually, use respectful conduct, follow teacher instructions, and involve parents or guardians where required for under-18 learners.
Materials and resources
Materials, homework, resources, and feedback are shared through Al-Itqan routes with appropriate access controls. Access is limited to the relevant learner, family, teacher, or admin role.
Private counselling rooms
Counselling and family guidance sessions use private Al-Itqan counselling room links shared only with confirmed participants.
